GridRewards Referral Program (“Referral Program”) Terms & Conditions

GridRewards participant (“Referrer”) who refers GridRewards to a friend (“Referee”) may be eligible to receive a $10 Referral Reward (“Reward”) subject to the terms below. GridRewards Referees may also be eligible for a $10 Reward subject to the terms below.

Referrer and Referees are deemed eligible for the Reward when a Referee uses the Referrer's unique referral code at sign-up and both Referrer and Referee are actively enrolled in demand response provided by GridRewards during the capability period, subject to the following:

• If the Referrer terminates GridRewards during the capability period (as defined in the GridRewards Terms and Conditions), but the Referee continues enrollment through the capability period, only the Referee will receive a Reward.
• If the Referrer is enrolled in GridRewards during the capability period, but the Referee is not OR if neither the Referrer or Referee is enrolled during the capability period, then neither the Referrer nor Referee will receive a $10 Reward. If the Referee has yet to meet this condition after 1 year from the start of signup, there will be no Reward payment.

This is a one-time Reward and does not renew during any additional capability period.

Referrer and Referee are eligible for Reward payments when the above conditions are met, however, the exact timing of such Reward payments is subject to the utility's enrollment deadlines and capability periods.

Logical Buildings reserves the right to withhold Rewards obtained through the Referral Program or prohibit a referrer from participating in the Referral Program in the event that Logical Buildings determines or believes that the receipt of the Reward was in error, fraudulent, illegal, or in violation of GridRewards Terms and Conditions or if Logical Buildings determines that a referrer is tampering with the entry process or is attempting to undermine the fairness, integrity or legitimate operation of the Referral Program in any way by cheating, hacking, scamming, deception, or any other unfair playing practices intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other participants or representatives of Logical Buildings.

In connection with your participation in the Referral Program, including distributing, promoting or communicating your Referral Code(s), you expressly agree to the restrictions listed below:

• No spamming. You agree that you will not “spam” anyone with invitations to join GridRewards, and that you at all times will remain compliant with CAN-SPAM, the TCPA, and other applicable laws.
• No Misrepresentations. You agree that you will not attempt to mislead anyone, including Referees, in connection with the Referral Program, either by affirmative representation, implication, or omission.
• No Multiple Entries. You agree that you will not enter with multiple or fake email addresses or accounts, use fictitious identities or use any system, bot or other device or artifice to participate in the Referral Program or receive a Reward.

Logical Buildings reserves the right to modify or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.

Nothing in these GridRewards Referral Program Terms and Conditions modifies or alters the Terms and Conditions of the GridRewards program.
