Terms and Conditions for the Energy Technology Savings, Inc. DBA Logical Buildings GridRewards Referral Program (“Program”)

GridRewards participant (“Referrer”) who refers GridRewards to a friend (“Referee”) may be eligible to receive a $10 reward subject to the terms below.  GridRewards Referees may also be eligible for a $10 reward subject to the terms below.

Referrers and Referees shall be eligible for a $10 reward if the Referee remains enrolled throughout the entire capability period and if the Referee meets the energy savings Reduction Requirements.

Reduction Requirements: In order for the Referrer or Referee to be eligible for the $10 reward, the Referee must achieve energy reductions equal to a 0.5 kW reduction from the baseline as calculated by the utility under the applicable demand response program for each event in the capability period.

If the Referee terminates GridRewards during the capability period (as defined in the GridRewards Terms and Conditions), neither the Referrer or Referee will receive a $10 reward. If the Referrer terminates GridRewards during the capability period (as defined in the GridRewards Terms and Conditions), the Referrer will not receive a $10 reward, however, the Referee will still receive the reward if they meet the reduction requirements

This is a one-time referral payment, and does not renew during any additional capability period.

Payments related to GridRewards customer referrals will be included with demand reduction payments payable under GridRewards and are subject to the same payment Terms and Conditions as described in the GridRewards Terms and Conditions. Payments will be made to the GridRewards participants as part of the single lump sum payment that is to be made within 60 days after both the Utility and the NYISO have completed their final adjustments and reconciliations for the applicable Capability Period.

Nothing in these GridRewards Referral Program Terms and Conditions modifies or alters the Terms and Conditions of the GridRewards program.
